Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and ARU Interactive ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and services, including app development and publishing services (collectively, the "Services").

Client Services

If you engage ARU Interactive for app development or publishing, the scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. In the event of a conflict, that agreement controls for those services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, and user interface, are owned by ARU Interactive or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal or internal business purposes. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARU Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if ARU Interactive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ARU Interactive does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. This includes violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the Services.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

Governing Law
